Intellectual biography in the light of the new rhetoric - a reading of the book “The Mold” by Malik Bennabi

Abstract

This research attempts to provide a reading of the intellectual biography labeled “The mold” by the Algerian thinker Malik Bennabi , this is done by revealing the rhetorical mechanisms that take a demonstrative approach in order to influence the recipient, and this is in order to know the extent of the arguments strength of this thinker’s intellectual discourse, its effects, and the degree of its
persuasion , and the research concluded with a number of results, the most prominent of which are going beyond the documentary formula and using deception as well as sarcasm.. for the sake of persuasion, raising the tone of protest , as well as bias in selecting some stations that reinforce the centrality of the self .
