Introduction: Chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients suffer from several neurological complications due to the retention of uremic toxins, electrolytes, and water and the resultant metabolic disturbances. Therefore, the aim of this research is to assess neuropeptide Y (NPY), amyloid beta (Aβ), P-Tau-181,acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase1 (Pin1) that play important role in
neural dysfunction.
