Abstract

Background: Servant leadership is a style whereby the leader is first a servant, to serve others. The servant-leader sharesknowledge and power by placing the needs of others first and creating an environment for followers’ growth. Aim of thestudy: the study aimed to assess the effect of servant leadership training program on job crafting of head nurses.
