Abstract

Objective: This randomized controlled trial investigated the effectiveness of an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction(MBSR) program on quality of life and psychological resilience in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods: A total of 180 cancer patients receiving chemotherapy were randomly allocated to either the MBSR interventiongroup (n=80) or the usual care control group (n=80).
