Abstract

This study examines narrative discourse in the pre-Islamic era, focusing on its structure, thematic patterns, and cultural significance. Pre-Islamic Arabic literature accorded great importance to storytelling, particularly in the form of historical, mythical, and heroic narratives, to the extent that this period is often described as “the age of the story.”
