Abstract

This study investigates the current state of educational digitalization and the challenges faced by university professors at the University of Continuing Education – Zarzara Center, Constantine. As a recent field experience in Algeria’s transition toward blended learning, the research was conducted amid the rapid digital transformation of higher education.
