Tourism Pricing as an Approach to Achieving Customer Satisfaction

This study aimed to address the issue of analyzing the relationship between tourism pricing and tourist satisfaction. To achieve the objectives of the study — which include shedding light on several concepts related to tourism marketing and tourist satisfaction, as well as identifying the main factors influencing it — data were collected from various sources using a questionnaire as the main tool. The study sample consisted of a group of tourists in Algiers Province, totaling 50 tourists. The SPSS program was used to analyze the collected data.
