Controls Governing the Determination of Wages as a Worker’s Right under Algerian Legislation

Workers enjoy various rights under the legislation, particularly Law No. 90-11 relating to laborrelations. This imposes upon the employing entity the obligation to respect these labor rights.Accordingly, the present study focuses on one specific right in view of its paramount importancenamely, the right to wages. The study sheds light on the concept of wages as a worker’s right and the criteria governing their determination under Algerian legislation.
