Background: Pituitary and parasellar lesions constitute a diverse group of pathological entities that frequently involvecritical neurovascular and endocrine structures within the sellar region. These lesions include pituitary neuroendocrine tumors (PitNETs), craniopharyngiomas, Rathke cleft cysts, tuberculum sellae meningiomas
