Abstract

Background: Chronic Coronary Syndrome (CCS) represents a major manifestation of coronary artery disease and remains a leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide.Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) is a cornerstone revascularization strategy for
selected CCS patients, aimed at symptom relief, improvement of quality of life, and reduction of adverse cardiovascular events. Optimal management of patients undergoing PCI requires a comprehensive approach encompassing patient selection, procedural planning,
pharmacological therapy, and long-term follow-up.
