It discusses how AI and analytics can help mitigate issues like urban sprawl, resource management, and infrastructure pressure. Using a quantitative approach combined with a Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) model, the study assesses the perspectives of 218 stakeholders on AI’s role in enhancing urban regeneration efficiency
