Abstract

This analysis considers the effect of work-life balance on burnout for people who participate in moonlighting. The primary aim was to assess how handling multiple jobs concurrently impacts one’s emotional, physical, and social health. Additional reports and published studies were used to complement the primary method of collecting data. Data was analyzed through a thematic review to find consistent gaps within challenges.
