Studying the support of international investment in the oil and gas industry with emphasis on the rules of international trade law (Iran and the UAE)

This study examines the support of international investment in the oil and gas industry and analyzes the rules of international trade law. Given that the oil and gas industry, as one of the main pillars of the global economy, accounts for about 80 percent of the world's energy supply and its turnover is more than 2 trillion dollars, there is a need for strong and coherent support frameworks in this area.
