Foundations of teaching grammatical texts in Quranic schools in the cities of Touat

This study examines and analyzes the role of Quranic schools in the cities of Touat, Algeria, in serving the Arabic language, particularly in teaching grammatical texts. These schools are known as religious educational institutions affiliated with the Ministry of Religious Affairs, concerned with the memorization of the Holy Quran and the teaching of Islamic and linguistic sciences. The study focuses
on clarifying the concept of texts in general, and grammatical texts in particular, and identifying their characteristics and educational function, as they are concise texts that encompass the basic principlesof knowledge, characterized by ease of memorization and rich meaning.
