Abstract

Given the importance of fair trial, it can be stated that fair trial includes a set of criteria and guaranteesthat are foreseen in the judicial mechanism to respect the rights of the parties in the adjudication processof all types of lawsuits before a competent, independent, impartial and predictable court. If theadjudication is fair, the rights of the litigants are not violated, because justice is a right and adjudication
