Abstract

Background: Nurses’ job performance is a key factor in the quality of healthcare services. Communicationskills, especially in intensive care units (ICUs), where effective interaction with critically ill patients andtheir families is crucial, play a significant role in enhancing professional performance. This study aimed toinvestigate the effect of communication skills training on ICU nurses’ job performance and to analyze thedifferences in its impact based on gender and work experience.
