Abstract

Purpose: The present study aims to examine the impact of humble leadership on workplace spirituality, mediated by sense of community and the moderating effect of team cohesion. This study contributes in leadership and organizational behavior literature by emphasizing how humbleleadershipenhances a spirituallyenriched workplaceenvironment.
