Abstract

This study aims to determine how teachers'motivational strategies help improve secondary school students' self-efficacy. The study uses social cognitivetheory to understand how a teacher's contribution tostudent motivation canpromote academic self-beliefand personal development, especially in socioculturally challenging settings in rural Pakistan.
